Meet the Jaspers from Jasper Coffee

We’re thrilled to welcome Jasper Coffee to A Health and Wellness Shop — not just because they make incredible coffee, but because they’re our neighbors right here in Steiner Ranch.

Founded by Clay and Kimberly Jasper, Jasper Coffee was born out of a love for great coffee, community, and connection. Clay and Kimberly are passionate about serving high-quality, carefully crafted coffee that reflects the care they put into everything they do. Their vision is simple: bring people together over a great cup of coffee and help fuel the Steiner Ranch community they call home.

When they’re not perfecting espresso shots or experimenting with new brews, you’ll find the Jaspers training at their local jiu-jitsu gym — fitness and wellness are a big part of their family’s lifestyle. They’re raising two amazing girls, ages 5 and 8, and setting a great example of living with balance, purpose, and passion.

We couldn’t be happier to have Jasper Coffee in the shop, starting October 30th. Come by, grab a cup, and say hello to Clay and Kimberly — two local faces bringing something truly special (and delicious!) to our neighborhood.
