Lunchbox Fridays Are Coming to A Health and Wellness Shop

We are excited to introduce something new and delicious at A Health and Wellness Shop — Lunchbox Fridays!

Starting with a special pilot launch on Friday, February 20th, we will be partnering with a wonderful local vendor, Caroline Kehs from Sweet Caroline Bakes (in Steiner), to offer freshly made sandwiches available for purchase in-store.

These sandwiches will feature fresh, locally made bread from Love My Loaf Bakery, bringing together amazing small businesses to create a simple, wholesome, and convenient lunch option for our community.

Because each sandwich is made fresh, pre-orders will be required a few days in advance to allow time for the bread to be baked and ingredients to be prepared with care. This helps us reduce waste while ensuring every sandwich is high-quality and ready for pickup.

Lunchbox Fridays are designed to be an easy grab-and-go option for busy families, professionals, and anyone looking for a nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meal while visiting the shop.

This first date will serve as our pilot event, and we are excited to gather feedback and (hopefully!) make this a regular offering.
